We need 40 Marcher Sports Bag Preparer Volunteers
Shift: 0900-1400
Date: TBD
Supervisor: Lisa Frankson
Description: Assembles bags with marcher items in an organized and neat manner. Must be 13 years or older and be accompanied by an adult. Must be able to move quickly and at a steady pace performing repetitive actions. Keeps like items assembled in the designated areas and stocked for bagging. Approximate time needed is 5 hours. On the job training will be provided. Reports to Ms. Lisa Frankson at the In-Processing Building, (MST) 1318 Aerobee Avenue.

Description: Assist FMWR personnel in-processing participants registered for March. Must be able to stand for long periods of time. Will be moving from station to station retrieving marcher’s bags. Reports to Ms. Lisa Frankson at the In-Processing Building, (MST) 1318 Aerobee Avenue.

Pick-Up Volunteers
Shifts: (Thur.) 1330-1800 & (Fri. & Sat.) 0800-1500, 1430-2100

Description: Assists F&MWR personnel in-processing participants registered for the march. Must be able to sit and stand for extended periods of time and move quickly. Half the volunteers will verify marcher registration, print participant’s certificates, distribute items, and refer questions to proper personnel. Must be able to type and be computer literate. The other half will be pulling marcher packets for participants and moving from station to station. On the job training will be provided. Reports to Ms. Lisa Frankson at the in-processing building, (MST) 1318 Aerobee Avenue.

Water Point 3/9 Traffic Director

Description: Water Point Marshals are responsible for directing marchers to the proper route at water point 3/9 where the two routes split apart. Requires volunteers to stand for long periods, and must be alert and assertive. This is a key position, and MUST have all volunteers present. Must be available for job information brief approximately 1 week prior to the event.
